“Meow Meow” says the cat to all you cat lovers! The cats with ‘tude from my Meow Meow fabric collection are on products in my Zazzle store, starting with “The Master”, a cat who knows he’s the boss (but aren’t they all!).
I created an assortment of products ranging from aprons, tee shirts, mouse pads, invitations, baby items, stationery, postage stamps, mugs, key chains and many more items.

I am working on creating products with all 10 of the whimsical cats fron this collection and will add them to my store for a delightful and fun assortment to make you smile.
The attitudes were all inspired by own cat, who definitely has the ‘tude.
Meow,
Phyllis

I can’t believe that May is just about here. I’ve had my design hat on the past several months and I think being totally focused on work makes time fly by even faster. I’ve read that when you are in your “right brain” mode, you are unaware of practical things like time.
I just received a copy ot the May/June issue of Today’s Creataive Home Arts magazine which contained some of the fruits of my labor. A collection of kitchen sewing and quilting items are featured in the magazine using the Meow Meow cat fabrics that I designed for Quilting Treasures.
The projects are an apron, quilted potholder, quilted placemat, quilted chairback and cafe curtains with full instructions for each.
Also, a cat carrier is featured as a bonus design that can be downloaded from the Home Arts website – kitty not included. Ok, I know I have focused on this fabric lately, but I’m going to the dogs shortly with my newest fabric collection.

I just received a copy of the April issue of Quilter’s World magazine and was delighted to see “A Little Bit Catty”, a quilt I had designed using the Meow Meow fabrics I designed for Quilting Treasures. I really had fun making this quilt and and hope that some of you cat lovers out there will give it a try as well.

A close up of one corner:

Let me know if you give this quilt or the pattern a try! But hurry and get a copy while its still on the newstands!

I always love it when someone tells me about sewing and quilting projects they have made using fabrics that I designed. That is the ulimate compliment!
Apryl is not just new to quilting, but new to sewing as well. She had finished her first quilt when she saw the Meow Meow cat fabrics that I designed for Quilting Treasures. She not only made her 2nd quilt ever using these fabrics, she sewed this adorable apron as well. I think Apryl is off to a good start with a wonderful hobby and know that she will enjoy many hours ahead sewing and quilting.
Thanks Apryl for sharing photo’s of your accomplishments!

I was very excited to see the final art for my next fabric collection with Quilting Treasures. Everything was perfect and the colors turned out just like I wanted so I was able to give my approval for each fabric in the collection. I can’t tell you much about the fabrics yet, but I’ve included a small, tiny sneak peak! And they will be a nice compliment to my Meow Meow cat fabric collection.

Fabrics are not just for sewing! Use the Meow Meow cat fabrics I designed for Quilting Treasures for scrapbooking or make some unique, one-of-a-kind greeting cards to show off your purr-fect sense of humor. I created these two handmade greeting cards, The Cat’s Meow and Kool Cat with the Meow Meow cat fabrics. They are easy, quick and fun to make plus you can be quite “catty” when making them. Click to see the card backs and inside of one plus free instructions.
I would love to hear from you so please post a comment. And I would also love to see any cards or scrapbook projects that you make using Meow Meow cat fabrics as well as any sewing and quilt project.
I’m busy working on another free project for you - an apron pattern. I will post it soon, so please check back.
